Cloudy, pale yellow colour with a sour, bitter palate. Our Pompelmocello has a strong taste of Ruby red grapefruit flesh at first, with a sweet citrus zest aroma, marmalade like notes.

Pompelmocello Liqueur is better served chilled as an after-dinner digestive in a chilled cordial glass. It can also use to make various cocktails, pastry or ice cream. Shake well before serving.
